About KPMG´s Audit Committee Institute
The Swiss Code of Best Practice assigns a crucially important role to board committees. Three non-executive committees are specified, one of which is the audit committee.
This is why KPMG, as a leading auditing and consultancy firm, decided to create KPMG's Audit Committee Institute: a centre of competence with the objective of helping senior management to introduce board committees and help improve the quality of the work of audit committees.
It costs nothing to register with KPMG's Audit Committee Institute and participation in its programme of events gives directors and members of audit committees a headstart in terms of information.
